FPS Journalism Shines at State Convention

ASPA WinnersFPS journalism students performed very well at the 2017 Arkansas Scholastic Press Association Convention in Hot Springs, including four All Arkansas Awards, which is the highest award given. Here’s a list of the top performers:

FHS Film:

  • All-Arkansas Award
  • Alan Vinson: Film Editor of the Year
  • Tyler Kelly: Film Producer of the Year
  • Atiana Manriquez: Film Director and Film Screen Writer of the Year. She also won the ASPA Scholarship.
  • Andrew Trice: 1st Winner-up Film Cinematographer of the Year
  • Lesley Allen: Adviser of the Year
