Fayetteville Public Schools welcomes the use of district facilities by outside organizations/groups. Use of district facilities shall not be permitted when it interferes with the educational programs of any campus or district-scheduled activities, including facility maintenance and/or repair projects.
The FPS School Board Policy 3.10 – Public Use of School Buildings defines how the district will process requests for facility rentals and includes a pricing chart.
Requirements to Reserve a Facility:
- Facility details and rental requests are available through the FPS School Board Policy 3.10 – PUBLIC USE OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS.
- First-time users will need to complete the Get Started section on the facility rental website before proceeding with completing the facility rental form. Returning users, please use the same email and password. Use the Forgot Password link if you need to reset your password.
- After your application for a rental request has been submitted, you will be notified via email regarding any questions, rental fees & other details, which will be available through the website.
