Mark your calendars for READ ACROSS AMERICA WEEK March 1 - 5

Due to the winter weather, road conditions, and power outages, Fayetteville Public Schools will be closed on Thursday, February 18, and Friday, February 19 for snow days (no virtual learning). All buildings will be closed, and all activities are canceled.
In order to meet the state requirement for 178 student contact days, the school year will now be extended through Wednesday, June 2, 2021.

Hello Washington Families! I hope you are staying warm. Just a reminder that there is "no school" for students tomorrow- virtual or in person. It was scheduled even before the weather. Students have no school tomorrow. Stay tuned for Tuesday. Ms. McLarty
Washington Virtual Families-
We hope everyone is staying warm on this cold day. We are sad that the Valentine’s in a Bag did not work out this week. When the school is open, all grade levels will have their bags available in the foyer to pick up at your convenience. Please mark your child’s name off of the sheet once you’ve picked up their bag and/or supplies. We have tentatively scheduled our Valentine’s Party for next Friday, the 19th.
Thank you all for your support. The WES Virtual Teachers
Monday, February 15th, school will be closed for Teacher In-service. Regular and Virtual students will be off that day.

Washington Virtual Students- Our scheduled pick up for your Goody Bag has been changed to tomorrow from 1-2. Our teachers will be excited to see you tomorrow to hand you a Valentine Treat. Come to the back of the building.
Due to inclement weather, all Fayetteville Public Schools campuses will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 10. All students will participate in asynchronous virtual learning tomorrow, completing their assignments for the day at their own pace and not participating in online meetings.
